◈ You may wish to light a candle, burn incense, or have crystals with you—whatever feels supportive, but there’s no need to do anything beyond simply showing up.
What to expect:
During the healing, you might experience warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, or simply a deep sense of relaxation. You may notice memories, emotions, or physical sensations arising. This is all part of your system releasing what no longer serves you.
If something challenging comes up, know it’s rising for healing. I recommend revisiting the session, holding that emotion or memory in compassionate awareness, and allowing the energy to move. Sending love to those parts of yourself helps to integrate and clear what’s ready.
Integration Tips:
