Terms of Service

By booking a session, ceremony, or service with Ciara O’Reilly (Celestial Field), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Energy Work Disclaimer
All energy work offered through Celestial Field (including but not limited to intuitive energy healing, EFT, group ceremonies, Akashic Records readings, and neuroaffirmative coaching) is intended as a complementary practice. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Ciara O’Reilly is not a licensed medical professional and does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns.

2. Business Energy Work Disclaimer

Celestial Business Healing sessions are intuitive energy-based offerings designed to support alignment, clarity, and energetic expansion within your business. These sessions may include energy healing, guided visualisation, and/or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). While many clients experience profound energetic shifts, no specific business outcomes, income results, or measurable performance indicators are guaranteed.

These sessions are not a substitute for business coaching, financial advice, legal counsel, or therapeutic support. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

3. Responsibility & Self-Agency
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing during and after your session. Energy work may bring emotions or insights to the surface. It is your responsibility to tend to your needs with appropriate support and self-care.

4. Confidentiality
All private sessions are held in strict confidence unless permission is explicitly given to share elements of the session anonymously (for teaching or testimonial purposes). For group ceremonies, please respect the privacy of other participants.

5. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in advance through the online booking system. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
1:1 sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system. Refunds are not offered for late cancellations or no-shows. For group ceremonies, recordings are typically provided for those who cannot attend live and refunds are not made available.

7. Group Session Recordings
All group sessions and ceremonies are recorded and may be shared with participants for integration purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in the recording, please ensure your microphone is muted and your camera is turned off.

8. Right to Refuse Service
Ciara reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at her discretion if she feels the work is not appropriate or aligned for either party.

9. Age Requirement
Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over unless prior written permission is granted for a minor (with parent/guardian consent).

10. Intellectual Property
All written, audio, and visual content shared through Celestial Field is the intellectual property of Ciara O’Reilly unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced, copied, or shared without permission.

11. Event Punctuality
For group events, the Zoom room will be locked five minutes after the scheduled start time. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late entry will not be possible and refunds will not be provided.

12. Technical Difficulties
Celestial Field is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end, including but not limited to device problems, internet disruptions, or software errors. In the event of technical issues on our end that prevent the session from going ahead, we will either provide a recording or reschedule the session as appropriate. 1:1 sessions will be rescheduled.

13. Training Events & Rescheduling
In the rare case that a training event (such as Rahanni Level 1) must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date. If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

14. Packages and Bundles
Celestial Moon Medicine Bundle

• This package includes one Celestial Field Group Energy Healing and one New Moon Ceremony.

• It is valid only for the two upcoming events following the purchase date.

• Clients must use the “Use Package” option and complete booking for each event.

• If sessions are not scheduled, no refunds will be given, but recordings will still be provided.

• Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

15. Terms Subject to Change
These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
