Terms of Service

By booking a session or service with Ciara O’Reilly (Celestial Field), you agree to the following Terms of Service & Disclaimer:

1. Energy Work Disclaimer

All energy work offered through Celestial Field (including but not limited to intuitive energy healing, EFT, group ceremonies, psychic readings, and coaching) is intended as a complementary support. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. Ciara O’Reilly is not a licensed medical professional and does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns.

Results from energy work may vary. Some clients may experience subtle shifts over time, while others may notice immediate or even intense changes following a session. In some cases, particularly where energetic clearings or contract dissolutions occur, shifts can feel abrupt or even chaotic before integration occurs. This is not uncommon and is often part of the release process.

Each individual is responsible for their own well-being, choices, and outcomes. Energy healing can support clarity, realignment, and personal transformation, but how these shifts manifest will depend on your own integration process, inner readiness, and subsequent actions.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own healing journey and the decisions you make as a result.

2. Business Energy Work Disclaimer

Celestial Field Business Healing sessions are intuitive energy-based offerings designed to support alignment, clarity, and energetic expansion within your business. These sessions may include energy healing, guided visualisation, and/or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

While many clients experience powerful energetic shifts, results and timing will vary from person to person. Some shifts may unfold gradually over weeks or months; others may happen quickly and feel unexpectedly intense or disruptive. Particularly when sessions include the clearing of energetic blocks or the dissolution of old contracts, changes can be swift and may initially appear as things "going wrong" — when in fact, what's no longer aligned is being cleared out to make way for deeper success. This work can be subtle, or it can catalyse major transformation.

No specific business outcomes, income levels, or measurable performance results are guaranteed, and each client remains fully responsible for their own choices, wellbeing, and business direction following a session.

These sessions are not a substitute for business coaching, financial advice, legal counsel, or therapeutic support. By booking, you acknowledge that you are engaging in spiritual and energetic work, and that you take full responsibility for how you integrate and apply the insights or shifts that may occur.

3. Psychic Guidance Readings

Psychic Guidance Readings offered by Ciara O’Reilly are intuitive, energetic readings intended to provide clarity, reflection, and spiritual insight. These sessions do not predict the future, guarantee outcomes, or replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic). You remain responsible for your own choices and interpretations following a reading.

4. Responsibility & Self-Agency

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing during and after your session. Energy work may bring emotions or insights to the surface. It is your responsibility to tend to your needs with appropriate support and self-care.

a. Mental Health & Suitability
Energy and energetic work can be powerful and may bring emotions or memories to the surface.
If you are currently under psychiatric care or have been diagnosed with a severe mental-health condition (including, but not limited to, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder with recent manic episodes, or any condition involving loss of reality testing), this work may not be suitable for you.
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant mental-health information before booking so that we can ensure this work is appropriate and safe for you.
Celestial Field’s sessions and memberships are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, and participation should always be at your own discretion and under your healthcare provider’s guidance where applicable.

b. Substances & State of Participation
To receive the full benefit of any energetic or intuitive work, please arrive clear, present, and sober. Participation in sessions, ceremonies, or membership events under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or consciousness-altering substances is not permitted.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are in a stable and grounded physical, emotional, and energetic state before taking part. Celestial Field accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects that arise from participating while under the influence of such substances or while in an unsuitable state for energetic work.

5. Confidentiality

All private sessions are held in strict confidence unless permission is explicitly given to share elements of the session anonymously (for teaching or testimonial purposes). For group ceremonies, please respect the privacy of other participants. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of delivering your chosen service.

6. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be paid in advance through the online booking system. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

One-to-one sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system. Refunds are not offered for late cancellations or no-shows.

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases. By booking a session or purchasing digital content with immediate access, you expressly consent to work beginning within this 14-day period and acknowledge that your right to withdraw is lost once delivery or performance has begun. For dated events and live sessions, this right does not apply after booking.

Please note: All booking times are shown in your local time zone. It is your responsibility to ensure you have booked a time that suits you. Missed sessions due to time zone misunderstandings are treated as no-shows and are not eligible for reschedule or refund.

For group ceremonies, recordings are typically provided for those who cannot attend live, and refunds are not made available.

8. Group Session Recordings

All group sessions and ceremonies are recorded and may be shared with participants for integration purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in the recording, please ensure your microphone is muted and your camera is turned off.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Ciara reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at her discretion if she feels the work is not appropriate or aligned for either party.

a. Community Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully in all group spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

10. Age Requirement

Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over unless prior written permission is granted for a minor (with parent/guardian consent).

11. Intellectual Property

All written, audio, and visual content shared through Celestial Field is the intellectual property of Ciara O’Reilly unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced, copied, or shared without permission.

12. Event Punctuality

For group events, the Zoom room will be locked five minutes after the scheduled start time. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late entry will not be possible and refunds will not be provided.

For 1:1 appointments, please aim to be on time for your scheduled session. If you are running late, let me know as soon as possible. I will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you have not arrived by then and no prior notice has been given, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients and my schedule.

13. Technical Difficulties

Celestial Field is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end, including but not limited to device problems, internet disruptions, or software errors.

In the rare event of technical issues on my end that prevent the session from going ahead, I will either provide a recording or reschedule the session as appropriate. One-to-one sessions will be rescheduled.

14. Training Events & Rescheduling

In the rare event that a training (such as Rahanni Level 1) must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date. If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

15. Coaching Bundle Terms

If you purchase a 3- or 6-session coaching bundle, you agree to use all sessions within the timeframe specified:

• 3-session bundle: valid for 3 months from date of purchase

• 6-session bundle: valid for 6 months from date of purchase

Unused sessions will expire after this time and are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to schedule each session within the valid period. Extensions may be offered in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

16. Membership – The Energetic Edge

The Energetic Edge is a recurring membership providing energetic support, clearings, and activations for entrepreneurs and their businesses.

a. Access & Billing

• Membership begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month (or year, if you choose the annual plan).

• You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing ciara@celestialfield.com

• When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of your paid billing cycle.

• Renewal payments will continue until you cancel. You’ll receive an email confirmation of cancellation for your records.

• No partial-month or pro-rated refunds are offered. Annual memberships are non-refundable and remain active until the end of the 12-month term.

b. Schedule & Live Sessions

• Live sessions are generally held during Weeks 1, 2, and 3 of each month, with Week 4 reserved for integration.

• Occasionally, the integration week may shift or a live session may be pre-recorded if Ciara is unavailable. This will be kept to a minimum and communicated in advance where possible.

• Recordings are typically uploaded within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours.

• In the rare event of power, broadband, or health issues on Ciara’s end, any missed sessions will be rescheduled or replaced so that members always receive three energetic sessions each month.

c. No Transfer or Sharing
Membership access is for the purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

d. Responsibility & Disclaimer
The Energetic Edge provides energetic and spiritual support for business and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. No specific outcomes or income results are guaranteed. Each participant remains responsible for their own choices, wellbeing, and business decisions.

17. Web Design Services via Celestial Sites

The following terms apply to any website design, development, or related services provided under the Celestial Sites branch of Ciara O’Reilly’s offerings.

a. Scope of Work
Each web design project is outlined clearly in your chosen package (e.g. The Seed, The Roots, The Field, etc.). Your project scope will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any additions or changes outside the agreed package may incur additional fees and will be discussed and approved in writing.

b. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the agreed-upon content, images, assets, and access details (such as domain or email accounts) by the requested dates. Delays in providing content may result in project timeline extensions or rescheduling.

c. Platform & Access
All websites are built on Squarespace. You agree to create any necessary external accounts (e.g. Squarespace, Google Workspace, Acuity, Stripe) and provide login credentials as needed for setup. Ciara O’Reilly is not liable for issues related to third-party platforms.

d. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the beginning of your project. These may shift depending on the promptness of client responses and content delivery. You will be informed of any timeline changes.

e. Revisions
Most packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed at Ciara’s current hourly rate.

f. Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the design calendar. Full payment schedule and due dates will be outlined in advance. Final payment must be received before site handover or launch.

g. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of web design work, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you choose to cancel before the project begins, your deposit will not be refunded.

h. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once full payment has been received, you own the completed website and any assets you have supplied. Design elements created by Ciara O’Reilly (unless explicitly stated otherwise) are licensed to you for use on your site only and may not be reused, resold, or redistributed. I reserve the right to display completed websites in my portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing as per the web design contract.

i. Client-Supplied Copy & Content
You are responsible for providing original written content for your website. By submitting copy, text, testimonials, or other written materials, you confirm that you have full rights to use them and that they do not infringe on the intellectual property of others. While Ciara O’Reilly may assist with light editing or formatting, she is not responsible for verifying the originality or authorship of content provided. Any legal or reputational consequences arising from submitted materials remain the responsibility of the client.

j. Support & Maintenance
Your package may include limited post-launch support or a recorded walkthrough. Ongoing updates, edits, or maintenance are available through aftercare retainers or hourly support and must be booked separately.

k. Energetic Alignment & Portal Activation
All web design packages are offered in alignment with Ciara’s intuitive and energetic approach. Certain packages may include or offer an optional Portal Activation session. These are intended as energetic complements and do not guarantee business results.

18. Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint, please email ciara@celestialfield.com. I’ll acknowledge within 7 working days and aim to resolve within 14.
If we can’t reach a resolution, you may use an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body via the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC.ie).

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciara O’Reilly and Celestial Field/Celestial Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of these services or materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

21. Terms Subject to Change

These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
