Celestial Field Healing is an intuitive, channeled energy healing modality that connects you to the highest frequencies available for your soul’s growth and restoration. Each session creates a sacred field of pure, loving energy to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a return to your natural state of wholeness. Every experience is unique, flowing exactly where you need it most.

During a Celestial Field Healing session, you’ll be invited to simply relax and receive. You may sit or lie down in a comfortable space while the healing energy flows to you. You might feel sensations like warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep peace — or you may simply feel relaxed and supported. There’s no right or wrong way to experience the healing; your energy system will receive exactly what it needs.

There’s nothing you have to do, but creating a calm environment can help you get the most out of your experience. It’s recommended to find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, have water nearby, and perhaps use a blanket or eye mask for extra comfort. Setting an intention for what you would like to receive can also be powerful, though it’s not required.

Everyone’s experience is unique. During a session, you might feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or simply a peaceful stillness. Afterward, many people feel lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. Sometimes integration continues for a few days as the energy settles and aligns.

Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to energy healing or have lots of experience, Celestial Field Healing™ meets you exactly where you are. Your higher self and body wisdom will receive exactly what is needed, regardless of your background.

All sessions and ceremonies are currently held online via Zoom. This allows you to join from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.

Each group session or ceremony is a unique experience, but typically includes guided meditation or visualisation, energy healing, optional cacao ritual, EFT tapping, and intention setting. You will be guided gently throughout, and everything is optional—you are always invited to participate in a way that feels right for you.

Yes, absolutely! While cacao is a beautiful heart-opening tool, it is completely optional. You can simply bring a cup of herbal tea, water, or even use your breath and intention to anchor the ceremony energy.

For all ceremonies and transmissions, a recording is usually sent out within 24 hours and remains available for life.

You can book your session or ceremony directly through the "Book Now" buttons across the website. These will bring you to my scheduling page, where you can choose your session, select your time (if applicable), and complete your booking easily.

Sessions and ceremonies are non-refundable, as your space is held specifically for you. A recording of group sessions is included, you will still receive it afterward so you can experience the session in your own time. 1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.

Neuroaffirmative coaching is a supportive, strengths-based approach designed for neurodivergent individuals, such as those with ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities (diagnosed or self-identified). It focuses on affirming your unique way of being, reducing overwhelm, building self-trust, enhancing executive functioning, and empowering you to create a life that works for you—not against you.
