What is Neuroaffirmative Coaching?

This is not about fixing you.
It’s about guiding you home to the truth of your wiring, your rhythm, your way of being.

Neuroaffirmative coaching is a space of radical permission. It honours your sensitivity, your intuition, your unique mind, and the way you naturally move through the world.

Through conversation, reflection, and intuitive insight, we’ll work together to:

✦ Untangle the internalised “shoulds” and systems that never fit
✦ Identify what’s true for you—not what you’ve been taught to believe
✦ Create supportive structures that align with your natural energy and capacity
✦ Explore strategies for nervous system regulation, executive function, and emotional flow
✦ Rebuild self-trust and reframe what’s “productive,” “successful,” or “enough”

Who is this for?

You do not need a diagnosis to work with me.

This work is for you if:

✦ You suspect you may be neurodivergent—or already know you are
✦ You’ve spent your life masking, people-pleasing, or shape-shifting
✦ You struggle to manage your energy, boundaries, or executive function
✦ You’re burned out from trying to live in a world that feels too fast, too loud, too much
✦ You feel like you should be able to keep up—but your body or brain says otherwise
✦ You’re intuitive, deeply feeling, and want to reconnect with your own truth

This is a space for reclaiming who you are underneath the conditioning.

Why Coaching?

Coaching offers an ongoing space to integrate, reflect, and realign.

This is different from a one-off session—it’s a relationship, a container, a steady presence to walk with you as you learn how to honour your truth in real time.

Session Format

Coaching is offered in a minimum 3-month 1:1 container.
Sessions are held online via Zoom.
