All Celestial Sites are built on Squarespace — a beautiful, intuitive platform that’s perfect for service-based businesses, healers, creatives, and coaches. It’s user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and makes it easy for you to manage your own content going forward. I’m also a Squarespace Circle Member, which gives you extra perks (like extended trials and discounts).

Yes — there are a few platform costs to be aware of, depending on your setup:

• Squarespace Website Hosting: €24/month on the Business plan (less if paid yearly). This is required to keep your website live.

• Google Workspace Email: €8/month if you’d like a professional email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com).

• Squarespace Email Campaigns: €19/month to send email newsletters directly through Squarespace.

• Acuity Scheduling: €25/month if you want integrated online booking (less if paid yearly).

There are other platforms and pricing options too — I’ll help you choose what’s right for you, and I’ll guide you through setup if needed. None of these are included in your design package, but they’re billed directly to each platform.

As a Squarespace Circle member, I can offer you a 10% discount on your first annual Squarespace subscription. I’ll send you the link when it’s time to sign up.

To secure your place in my calendar, I ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due when the final site is ready to go live. I’ll send you a Stripe link for each payment, and you’ll get receipts for your records.

Each package has been intentionally designed to offer the right level of support and functionality for where you are in your business journey. That said, if your needs fall somewhere between two packages, we can chat about the best fit. You’ll also find a range of add-ons and aftercare options, so it’s easy to tailor things without overcomplicating your build.

You’ll need to have your copy written before I begin your build. I’ll guide you through what to prepare in the brochure, and you’ll get access to your own client dashboard with content prep checklists and examples. Yes — this can be added on if needed. I offer content support to help you shape your messaging, structure your services clearly, and write words that sound like you. Many clients find this incredibly helpful, especially if they’re neurodivergent or intuitive and find linear copywriting hard. Writing your copy is easier than you think, get my free guide here.

You’ll take 3-4 weeks to complete your dashboard (longer if needed & depending on my availability). Once your dashboard is complete, I start web weaving your site & most are ready to launch in a week!

Absolutely. I offer a range of additional studio services & Portal Polish options to update, refresh, or expand your existing site. Whether it’s adding a new service page, refreshing your visuals, or reworking your homepage copy, you’re welcome to reach out any time. I also offer flexible aftercare and retainer packages for ongoing support.

Not necessarily — but high-quality images do make a big difference. If you’re not ready for a professional shoot, I’ll show you how to choose great stock images (free or paid) or guide you in capturing your own.

Not as part of my standard packages — but I do offer simple text-based logos or brand refreshes as an add-on if you need something quick and clean.

Yes — I can integrate Zoom, TidyCal, Calendly, Stripe, Acuity, mailing list forms, and more. These tools help your business run smoothly behind the scenes. I’ll guide you on what you need, and I offer setup support if you’re not techy or find it overwhelming.

Yes. Once your site is live, I’ll walk you through how to update your text and images. I also offer a custom walkthrough session and recording so you feel confident making changes. And of course, if you’d rather not touch it at all, I’m happy to make updates for you on a retainer or hourly basis.

I mainly work with service-led, soul-aligned businesses — but I do occasionally support product-based businesses where the energetic alignment is strong. If you have a shop or offer physical products and feel we’d be a great fit, feel free to reach out. E-commerce functionality is available as an add-on.

I’ll guide you through every step, and my intake process is designed to help you get clear. You’ll receive a recorded website walkthrough so you know how to edit your site, and I’m always here for one-off tweaks, refreshes, or longer-term support. I offer hourly updates, retainer packages, and energetic alignment sessions to keep your portal thriving over time.

The Portal Activation is an energetic ceremony included for founding clients. It's a guided visualisation held within the Akashic Records, where we call in your higher self, your soul, your spirit team, and your business blueprint. Together, we activate your website as a true energetic portal — one that aligns with your dream clients, dream success, and the higher vision you hold for your work.

During the session, we’ll dissolve outdated contracts or energetic patterns around lack, unworthiness, or visibility blocks, and call in codes of expansion, magnetism, and abundance. The session is recorded so you can revisit the energy and recalibrate whenever you need a reset or boost.
