All Celestial Sites are built on Squarespace — a beautiful, intuitive platform that’s perfect for service-based businesses, healers, creatives, and coaches. It’s user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and makes it easy for you to manage your own content going forward. I’m also a Squarespace Circle Member, which gives you extra perks (like extended trials and discounts).

Yes — there are a few platform costs to be aware of, depending on your setup:

• Squarespace Website Hosting: €24/month on the Business plan (less if paid yearly). This is required to keep your website live.

• Google Workspace Email: €8/month if you’d like a professional email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com).

• Squarespace Email Campaigns: €19/month to send email newsletters directly through Squarespace.

• Acuity Scheduling: €25/month if you want integrated online booking (less if paid yearly).

  There are other platforms and pricing options too — I’ll help you choose what’s right for you, and I’ll guide you through setup if needed. None of these are included in your design package, but they’re billed directly to each platform.

As a Squarespace Circle member, I can offer you a 10% discount on your first annual Squarespace subscription. I’ll send you the link when it’s time to sign up.

No, your domain is not included in your package — you'll need to purchase it separately. This is because domain ownership needs to stay with you directly, and it comes with its own ongoing cost (usually billed yearly). It's generally not a huge expense — often around €10–€20 per year, depending on the domain and provider.

You can register your domain with providers like:
• Squarespace
• Register365
• Namecheap
• GoDaddy

There are others out there too, but these are solid places to start. I recommend shopping around — prices and features can vary slightly.

To secure your place in my calendar, I ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due when the final site is ready to go live. I’ll send you a Stripe link for each payment, and you’ll get receipts for your records.

Yes — once your website is complete and the final balance of your package has been paid, the site is fully yours. You’ll have ownership and full access to make changes, update content, or manage it however you like.

You can choose to take things over completely, or keep me on in an admin or support capacity for future updates. Ongoing changes can be arranged as one-off edits or through a monthly retainer — no pressure either way. It’s your site, your way.

You’ll need to have your copy written before I begin your build. I’ll guide you through what to prepare in your own client dashboard with content prep checklists and guidance. Yes — this can be added on if needed. I offer content support to help you shape your messaging, structure your services clearly, and write words that sound like you. You’ll take 3-4 weeks to complete your dashboard (longer if needed & depending on my availability). Once your dashboard is complete, I start web weaving your site & most are ready to launch in a week!

Absolutely. I offer a range of additional studio services & Portal Polish options to update, refresh, or expand your existing site. Whether it’s adding a new service page, refreshing your visuals, or reworking your homepage copy, you’re welcome to reach out any time. I also offer flexible aftercare and retainer packages for ongoing support.

Not necessarily — but high-quality images do make a big difference. If you’re not ready for a professional shoot, I’ll show you how to choose great stock images (free or paid) or guide you in capturing your own.

Not as part of my standard packages — but I do offer simple text-based logos or brand refreshes as an add-on if you need something quick and clean.

Nope — you absolutely don’t need a logo to begin. This is one of the biggest myths that holds people back from launching. A clean, elegant font treatment of your business name (what’s called a “wordmark”) is more than enough to create a beautiful, professional online presence.

In fact, unless you're planning to print a lot of physical materials (like packaging, signage, or merch), a full brand logo isn’t urgent. Many soul-led and service-based businesses thrive with just a strong visual identity made up of fonts, colors, and imagery — all of which we can weave into your site.

Your energy, your message, and your offers are the real brand. A logo can always come later — what matters most is getting your work out into the world.

Yes — I can integrate Zoom, TidyCal, Calendly, Stripe, Acuity, mailing list forms, and more. These tools help your business run smoothly behind the scenes. I’ll guide you on what you need, and I offer setup support if you’re not techy or find it overwhelming.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which is connected once your site is live. If you don’t have an account, I’ll guide you through setting it up. PayPal is also an option, but I generally recommend Stripe as it has lower fees, supports more flexible invoicing, and allows for Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes. Once your site is live, I’ll walk you through how to update your text and images. I also offer a custom walkthrough session and recording so you feel confident making changes. And of course, if you’d rather not touch it at all, I’m happy to make updates for you on a retainer or hourly basis.

I mainly work with service-led, soul-aligned businesses — but I do occasionally support product-based businesses where the energetic alignment is strong. If you have a shop or offer physical products and feel we’d be a great fit, feel free to reach out. E-commerce functionality is available as an add-on.

The Portal Activation is an energetic ceremony included for founding clients. It's a guided visualisation held within the Akashic Records, where we call in your higher self, your soul, your spirit team, and your business blueprint.
