I don't want to record myself on video.
For a long time I told myself that was a preference. Just not my thing. Turns out that was a lie I was telling myself to avoid a truer sentence: I'm afraid. Afraid I'll look stupid. Afraid I'm not polished enough, articulate enough, quick enough on my feet. Afraid I'll ramble and the message will get lost somewhere between my brain and my mouth. Afraid nobody will watch.
That's a lot of afraid for something as small as pressing record.
I spent most of my life believing I had a problem focusing.
I'd sit down to do something I was supposed to do, something important or productive, something that ticked the right boxes, and within minutes my brain would be somewhere else entirely. I'd feel guilty, try harder only to fail again. I came to the conclusion that something was fundamentally wrong with me.
And then I got my ADHD and autism diagnosis as an adult. And everything I thought I knew about focus turned out to be, significantly wrong.
This is the manifestation block nobody wants to talk about.
Here it is plainly: if you are not willing to invest in yourself, your growth, your healing, your expansion, you are sending a very clear signal to the universe about what you believe you're worth. And the universe, as always, will simply agree with you.
You decide you want to run a marathon. And then you train. Consistently, over time, starting from wherever you are. If you've never run before, you start with a short jog. If you're already active, you build from there. The training looks different for everyone, but the commitment to showing up is the same.
Manifestation works exactly like this. And I think it's one of the most misunderstood things in the spiritual and personal development space.
The year I got diagnosed with ADHD and autism was the hardest year of my life.
Not because of the diagnosis itself, in many ways, that part was a relief. Finally, a framework that made sense of so much. But the timing? I had a newborn and a toddler. I was overstimulated in every direction, sleep deprived, and running completely on empty. There was no bandwidth for anything. Not rest. Not processing. Not healing.
I used to cringe at the word psychic. For years I wrote off what I'd always known, the intuition, the knowing, the ability to feel the energy of a situation before it unfolded, as coincidence or just being a bit odd. It was only when I started doing the deeper energetic work that I stopped arguing with it. So let me tell you what being psychic actually means, how I use it in business, and why it might be exactly the clarity you've been looking for.
DIY or hire a web designer? Here's an honest guide to knowing what's right for your business right now, including when good enough is fine, when it's not, and what to do if you can't afford professional help yet.
Not everyone needs a website right now. I know that sounds strange coming from someone who builds them, but here's the truth: a website isn't a magic wand. It only works when you've done the groundwork first. If your offers are still shifting or your messaging feels unclear, a website will just reflect that uncertainty back at you. But when you're ready, when you're clear on what you offer, tired of answering the same DM questions, and treating this like a real business, a website becomes your most powerful asset. So before you invest time and/or money, ask yourself: am I building this because I'm ready, or because I think I should? There's a difference. And your business will feel it.
I never planned to build websites, until my guides had other plans. Here's how I went from DIYing my own site to creating energetically aligned, strategically sound web portals for soul-led entrepreneurs
Mattel's autistic Barbie comes with headphones, a fidget toy, and a tablet. But as an actually autistic person, I have questions. Not about whether we deserve representation, but about what happens when we turn neurodivergence into an aesthetic. When visibility starts to look a lot like stereotyping. And whether the boxes we're creating in the name of inclusion are just... new boxes.
Psychic guidance isn't fortune-telling or party tricks. It's clarity, connection, and confirmation. Learn what psychic guidance actually is, how it works, and how it can support you in life and business.
Your messaging is clear. Your site looks professional. So why aren't you getting bookings? The problem might not be your copy or your design - it's what's happening energetically that most designers never address
I'm a professional energy worker, and I receive weekly healings from other practitioners. Because even I can't reach my own deepest layers alone. Here's why doing your own business energy clearing isn't about capability, it's about access
This work used to be illegal. Now? It's how I help entrepreneurs break through blocks, expand capacity, and actually receive what they're building
You go to send the email, post the reel or raise your prices. And your body reacts like you're about to step out in front of a bus.
Heart rate up. Chest tight. Maybe a wave of nausea, or that specific kind of full-body freeze where your cursor just hovers over "send" for twenty minutes while you find eleven other urgent things to do first.
