Cheap Energy Attracts Cheap Results
This is the manifestation block nobody wants to talk about. It's not complicated, but it requires a level of honesty about ourselves that most of us would rather avoid.
Here it is plainly: if you are not willing to invest in yourself, your growth, your healing, your expansion, you are sending a very clear signal to the universe about what you believe you're worth. And the universe, as always, will simply agree with you.
We'll spend money on anything we can see, feel and touch
Think about what goes into your trolley every week without a second thought. The bottle of wine. The fancy coffee. The treats, and I use that word loosely, because somewhere along the way we decided that things that cost money but don't nourish us are treats, while things that actually change our lives are luxuries we can't justify.
We'll spend money on a new handbag, a hair appointment, the latest thing we don't need. We'll upgrade our phone, our car, our wardrobe. And none of that is inherently wrong, there's nothing wrong with enjoying the material world.
But when it comes to investing in ourselves, in our healing, our mindset, our energetic expansion, suddenly it feels like too much to spend.
That's a deep rooted, unconcious belief. Specifically, a belief about what you're worth and what kind of return you can expect from investing in yourself.
The material things you can see, touch and feel give you an immediate hit of something tangible. The internal work, the healing, the expansion, the shifts in your nervous system and your subconscious, happens in the unseen. And we've been conditioned to distrust anything we can't immediately quantify.
But the unseen is where everything begins. Every external result you want started as an internal shift. Which means if you're only investing in the external, you're working backwards.
The freebie trap
I want to be clear about something before I say this, because the nuance matters.
Signing up to a free event, a free trial, a free session, to get a feel for someone's energy and see if they're a good fit before you invest, is completely valid. That's exactly why free events exist. It's smart, actually. You're doing your due diligence.
But there's a very different energy in the person who grabs every freebie going with absolutely no intention of ever paying for anything. Who treats every free offer as an all-you-can-eat buffet, take everything, commit to nothing, move on.
And here's what that energy is saying, loudly and clearly: I'll take what I can get, but I don't believe I'm worth more than free.
If you find yourself only ever showing up for the free stuff, not because you're genuinely feeling into whether something is right for you, but because free is just what you do, that's worth sitting with. Because that frequency doesn't just affect your relationship with other people's offerings. It shapes what you attract into every area of your life.
If you're in business, your freebie energy comes back to you
This one is specifically for the business owners and founders reading this.
The clients and customers you attract are, in many ways, a reflection of the frequency you're operating at. If you are someone who only ever consumes free content, grabs free resources, attends free events with no intention of investing, you will attract people who do the same to you.
This isn’t a punishment, it’s resonance.
I saw Alex Hormozi say recently, pay your friends and family, and try to get free stuff from people you don't know. And as much as that made me laugh, it's painfully accurate. We'll happily ask the people closest to us for their time, their skills, their expertise for free, while paying full price without question to faceless corporations.
If you want to attract clients who value your work enough to pay for it, you have to be someone who values other people's work enough to pay for it too. It starts with you.
Course collecting is not the same as investing in yourself
There's another version of this block that's more subtle and more common than people realise. (And, hello, previous very guilty party here).
Buying course after course, programme after programme, and completing none of them. The purchase feels like the investment. The transformation is supposed to follow automatically. But real change requires showing up, repeatedly, consistently, even when you don't feel like it, even when you can't see it working yet.
This is one of the reasons I deliberately didn't build The Celestial Sanctuary as a course. There are no modules to complete, no lessons to fall behind on, no pressure to catch up. Because I've watched too many people collect the thing and never use it, and then conclude that the thing didn't work.
The thing works when you show up for it. That's the only way it works.
Time is an investment too
It's not just money. Time is the other currency people resist spending on themselves.
Fifteen minutes a day for a meditation. An hour a month for an energy healing session. The decision to actually listen to the recording you joined a membership for. These feel small, but they are acts of self-investment. They are you saying, with your time and your attention, that your growth matters.
And they compound. Slowly at first, and then faster than you'd believe.
The people I see making the most significant shifts are not the ones who found the magic shortcut. They're the ones who kept showing up, quietly and consistently, even when nothing seemed to be happening. Especially then.
What changed when I started investing in myself
I'm not speaking from theory here.
When I started getting serious about my own growth, one of the first things that shifted was where my money went. I got much more discerning about spending on material things, not because I became ascetic or stopped enjoying life, but because I started to see clearly what was actually nourishing me and what was just filling a gap.
And I started investing, genuinely investing, in my own healing and expansion. Weekly energy healing sessions. Mentorship. Learning from people who had already done what I was trying to do.
That's when things started to change. Not immediately or dramatically at first. But the trajectory shifted. And it has kept shifting.
I still have weekly sessions. Some weeks more. Not a week goes by that I don't show up for my own healing in some form. Because I feel the difference when I do and I feel the difference when I don't. And I've learned to trust what's happening under the surface even when I can't see it yet.
That trust was built through consistency. And the consistency was made possible by the decision to treat my own growth as non-negotiable.
What cheap energy actually costs you
Here's the thing nobody says clearly enough: not investing in yourself is not saving money. It's costing you.
It's costing you the shifts that would have happened. The patterns that would have cleared. The version of yourself that was available on the other side of that healing session, that course you actually completed, that membership you showed up for consistently.
The money you didn't spend is not in your pocket. It's in the gap between where you are and where you could be.
And I say that not to make you feel bad. I say it because I genuinely believe most people have no idea how much is available to them on the other side of this one shift, the decision to back themselves financially, consistently, over time.
The universe responds to action. To commitment. To the energy of someone who believes, with their choices and their money and their time, that they are worth investing in.
Cheap energy attracts cheap results. But the reverse is also true.
Invest in yourself like you mean it, and watch what starts to move.

The Celestial Sanctuary exists to make consistent energetic support as accessible as possible, one live group energy healing session a month, a growing library of recorded sessions, and bonus sessions whenever guided. €33 a month or €330 for the year.
There's a 7-day free trial. Not so you can grab something for free and disappear, but so you can genuinely feel the energy, feel my style, and make an informed decision about whether this is the right fit for you.
If it is, I'd love to have you inside.
