The Process
Timeline
• 3 to 4 weeks of preparation.
Prep time includes gathering your content, images, and any assets. You’ll receive clear guidance inside your Client Portal.
• Approximately 1 week of build time
(Timelines depend on when your content is submitted)
Booking
Your space in my calendar is confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the build begins.
After You Book
You’ll receive a client agreement to sign before we begin, this helps us both stay clear, aligned, and on the same page. Once your deposit is paid & contract signed, you will receive:
• Access to your private Client Portal (hosted on Notion)
• An intake form to help me understand your business and vision
• A checklist to help you gather your content and images
• A confirmation of your timeline and prep phase
• Ongoing communication via email or WhatsApp throughout the process
What is Not Included
To keep this package focused and in flow, it does not include:
✖ Full copywriting (you provide your written content, with optional guidance)
✖ Visual branding (logos, colour palette, or full brand identity)
✖ E-commerce features (online shop, product listings, payments)
✖ Membership, course, or portal functionality
✖ Content that does not reasonably fit on one page
(aim for 5 to 6 sections max)
✖ Ongoing updates beyond the post-launch window
