Your community deserves a space people actually want to be in

Too many online spaces feel like entering
into a noisy, overwhelming, warehouse

Too much, too fast, no sense of where to go

I build communities on Circle that feel like sanctuaries, calm, clear, and easy to move through from the moment your members step inside.

 The problem

You've been inside those communities.
You know exactly what's wrong.

A young man with black curly hair, wearing glasses and a plaid shirt, holds a silver laptop and looks directly at the camera in an indoor setting.

You join with good intentions

Maybe you paid for it.
You log in, hit a wall of posts, see a course library with seventeen options, get three notifications, and quietly close the tab. By week two, you've forgotten it exists.

Because so many online spaces are built to hold content, not people.

And you've already decided yours won't feel like that. You just need to build it with someone and somewhere that makes that possible.

Or maybe this is you

A woman with dark hair and glasses looking at a laptop with a blurred bouquet of pink and white tulips in the foreground.

You've already built something.
It's just living in six different places.

A WhatsApp group for quick updates. A Facebook group because that's where everyone was. A course platform over here, a folder of links you email out every Monday, a calendar invite for the live call, and you're somehow supposed to hold all of that together while actually showing up for your community.

And the notifications. Every time you open WhatsApp you're hit with a load of messages from the group. Or you're trying to keep track of who said what across three different platforms and you can never fully switch off because your community and your personal life are living in the same spaces. There's no boundary. There's no container. It's just, always on.

Maybe your group is buzzing and active and you love your people, but this still isn't how you wanted it to feel. You wanted to build something. Not manage a notification inbox across six apps.

Maybe it's quieter. Members who joined with good intentions but drifted because they never quite knew where to go or what was expected of them. You send a message to a group that's half-silent and wonder if anyone's actually there.

Either way, active or quiet, loud or still, scattered isn't sustainable. And your members deserve better than a WhatsApp group, however much they like you.

Your people don't want more noise. They want one calm, clear place that belongs to you, where everything is already there, and their phone isn't going off every time they open it.

That place exists.
And with me it can be built in 3 days.

The philosophy

Sanctuaries,

not warehouses

Fluffy cloud

I build with a simple principle: every space should feel like an arrival, not overwhelm. Calm. Navigable. Clear. The kind of place where your members know exactly where they are, what's available to them, and what to do next, without having to figure any of it out.

Fluffy cloud

As someone who is neurodivergent and works in energetics, I feel the architecture of a space before I intellectualise it. I know what a cluttered room does to the nervous system , and I know how a well-considered one can make someone feel genuinely welcome.
That's not a soft skill. It's the whole job.

In a landscape full of noise, clarity is a luxury. Minimalism is a gift to your community. And an intentional, spacious build is one of the most meaningful things you can offer the people who choose to show up in your world.

How I work

Ciara standing against a large tree trunk in a forest. She is wearing a dark red sweater and a long leopard print skirt, looking thoughtfully toward the distant tree-lined path.

Practical, strategic, and something else entirely

Every build I do is informed by two things working at the same time.

The first is craft, the architecture, the navigation, the copy, the brand alignment, the structural decisions that make a space feel calm and considered from the moment someone arrives.

The second is less easy to define. I work with your higher self and your business guides throughout the build, holding the intention that what we create together calls in exactly the right people, at exactly the right time. I want your space to work energetically as well as practically.

For those who want to take it a step further, I also offer a portal activation session, an energetic activation and magnetisation of your space for your dream clients and community members. The same process I offer for websites, brought into your Circle build.

This part is entirely optional. If it resonates, wonderful. If it's not your thing, the build stands completely on its own. But for those it does resonate with, it's the part my clients tend to mention first when they talk about working with me.

"I had the most beautiful guided Portal Activation with Ciara. It's such a unique experience — to acknowledge the energy of your space and honour it as an expression and extension of your own soul's purpose. I am so grateful and can't recommend Ciara's soul-led work enough."

And at the heart of it all

An elderly woman with gray hair, wearing a maroon top and leopard-print skirt, sitting on a tree branch in a forest, holding a mug, surrounded by green foliage and fallen leaves.

Simplicity as the foundation

I specialise in making complexity simple. Businesses with many moving parts, multiple offers, courses, membership tiers, resources, live events, can become genuinely overwhelming to navigate if the architecture isn't considered carefully. I see that overwhelm before it happens.

My neurodivergent brain is wired to notice immediately when a platform has too many places to go, when the navigation isn't obvious, when the cognitive load is quietly building before a member has even found what they came for. What might take someone else several iterations to identify, I spot in the structure as we build it.

The result is a space that holds everything your business needs without asking your members to carry the weight of its complexity. Clear without being sparse. Full without being overwhelming. Navigable without being oversimplified.

That's not just a design philosophy.
It's how I see.

The platform

Why Circle, and why it's the platform I build on

A woman with short hair and a white long-sleeve top is smiling while working on a laptop at a wooden desk, with a plant in the background.

I've looked at the alternatives. There are plenty of platforms that do some of what Circle does. But Circle is the only one I've found that does all of it, without asking you or your members to compromise.

Here's what that means in practice:

It works for any kind of community. An intimate group of twenty people having deep conversations. A learning portal with multiple courses and hundreds of members. A hybrid space that holds live events, recorded content, community discussion, and resources all in one place. Circle doesn't ask you to choose, it holds all of it, cleanly, without the architecture collapsing under the weight of it.

It grows with you. You're not going to outgrow it. Whether you're launching your first community or scaling something that's already working, the platform expands to meet you. You're not going to hit a ceiling and have to migrate everything in two years.

A woman sitting at a white desk, holding a white mug, with a laptop and smartphone in front of her, in a bright room with photos on the wall.

The member experience is genuinely great. This matters more than any feature list. Circle is calm, navigable, and easy to use from the moment a new member arrives. It has a native app so your members can engage on their own terms. Notification preferences are controlled by the member, so they're not being pulled into your space against their will, they're choosing to show up.

It keeps everything in one place. No sending your members to YouTube for the video, to a separate course platform for the content, to email for the link, to a different app for the community chat. One space. One link. Everything there.

It's built for creators, not corporations. The interface is clean, the customisation is meaningful without being overwhelming, and the team behind it are actively developing it, so it keeps getting better.

And when your community lives on Circle rather than inside a Facebook group or a WhatsApp chat, you own it. Your space doesn't disappear if a platform changes its rules or decides your content violates a guideline you didn't know existed. But honestly, that's almost the least interesting reason to choose it. The experience it creates for your members is the real reason.

Another thing worth knowing

A membership doesn't need
to be big to be meaningful

Twenty members at €49 a month is nearly €12,000 a year. Forty members is close to €24,000. And unlike a course or a one-to-one offer that requires you to keep selling to keep earning, a membership compounds. Every month you add members you're not starting from zero — you're building on what's already there. The people who joined in month one are still paying in month six. In month twelve. Sometimes well beyond.

Get the structure right from the start, a space that's calm, easy to navigate, and genuinely worth showing up to, and retention does a lot of the work for you.

That's not a guarantee. But it's a significantly better foundation than launching into something chaotic and hoping people stay anyway.

On a planet of over eight billion people, there is already a community waiting for what you're building. They just need somewhere to gather. You don't need thousands. You need a handful of your people, and a space worth arriving into.

A city skyline with high-rise buildings is depicted under a hazy pinkish-purple sky with the sun faintly visible.
Who is this for

This is for you if...

You're ready to launch and you want to build it once, properly

No existing platform. Just a vision, a community you're ready to invite in, and the knowledge that you want it to feel right from the moment they arrive.

You're running something across too many platforms and it's wearing you out

WhatsApp, Facebook, email, a course platform — and none of it feels cohesive. You want one home your members can actually settle into.

You've outgrown where you are and you need somewhere that can hold more

Your current platform is limiting you. You're ready for something that grows with you without losing what makes your community feel like yours.

You want to build a membership but you don't have a content library ready

Good. You don't need one. More on that below.

Whether you're building a live membership, a learning portal, or a hybrid of both, if you want your people to arrive somewhere that actually feels like somewhere, this is for you.

A note before you talk
yourself out of it

A woman with long dark hair is facing away, wearing a brown leather beret, a white T-shirt, and denim shorts, reaching out towards foliage in an outdoor setting.

You don't need content.
You need a date.

The thing that stops most people from launching isn't the platform. It isn't the price. It's the quiet, persistent belief that they don't have enough yet. Enough content. Enough recordings. Enough to justify asking people to show up.

Here's what I know from experience: your founding members aren't joining for a library. They're joining for you.

When I launched my own membership I had nothing waiting for them. No courses. No resource vault. No welcome video recorded four times until it felt right. I had a calendar of upcoming live sessions and a date for the first one.

That was it.

A woman with red hair in a bun, secured with a black scrunchie, wearing a white shirt, smiling while looking at a laptop.

My founding members joined anyway

Because what people are looking for right now isn't a content library they'll bookmark and never open. They want live connection. They want to be in the room with you, ask a question, feel like they're part of something that's actually happening. A recording they can catch later is a bonus. It was never the point.

Start with one live call a month. Build the library as you go. Keep it simple enough that it's sustainable for you — because if it's not sustainable for you, it won't be consistent for them, and consistency is what makes a community feel like home.

You're not behind.
You're just starting.

And if you do have pre-recorded content ready, courses, resources, a library you've been building. Circle holds all of it beautifully.

This isn't about doing less. It's about knowing that what you have right now is already enough to begin.

What we build together

How it works

From booking to open doors, here's what to expect

Step 01 — You book your Circle Build

You book your Build, we’ll meet to secure your date and you'll receive your pre-build guide, a short intake that walks you through everything I need before we start. Nothing complicated, nothing overwhelming.

My diary typically books two to three months in advance, so if you have a launch date in mind it's worth securing your spot early. The good news is that time works in your favour, it gives you space to get clear on your vision, gather your brand assets, and arrive on build day completely ready.

Step 02 — We prepare together

In the days before your build I'm available for questions, structure advice, and anything you need to feel ready. You won't arrive on the day wondering if you've forgotten something. That's what this phase is for.

Step 03 — I build

3 focused days. My complete attention on your space. By the end of it you have a working, beautiful, navigable community, ready for your first members to arrive with ease.

Step 04 — You open your doors

With a full walkthrough recording, seven days of email support from launch, and a call one week in to go through anything that's surfaced. You understand your space, you can manage it, and your members arrive somewhere worth staying.

Founding Client Offer

€1,000 off

Circle Architecture is a new offer, and while the skills, the process, and the philosophy are anything but new, I don't yet have a portfolio of Circle builds to show you. That's where founding clients come in.

If you're willing to be part of building that portfolio, I'm offering a significant saving on the standard Architecture Day price in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to use screenshots and a brief video walkthrough of your finished space as case study material.

What this involves:

  • A written and/or video testimonial about your experience of the build and the finished space

  • Permission to use screenshots of your completed Circle space in my portfolio

  • Permission to use a short video walkthrough showing the architecture and navigation, not your member content

  • All screenshots and video are captured before your members arrive, your community's privacy is fully protected

  • You review and approve everything before it's published anywhere
