Inner Child Healing — Held: Friday, 3/10 2025

Thank you so much for joining me for this Celestial Field Group Healing: Inner Child Healing.

The guiding frequency of this session was one of compassion, release, and gentle restoration. Participants were held within a field of soft, nurturing light, creating a safe container for your inner child to be seen, heard, and loved.

Throughout the session, we worked gently to soften old wounds, release stories of not being good enough, and invite your inner child back into wholeness. The energy moved through layers of hurt, shame, and feeling unseen, creating space for forgiveness, safety, and reconnection.

You were invited to offer your inner child what they needed most, whether that was love, permission, or simply to be held.

Much heaviness was lifted during this session, particularly around the heart and solar plexus, creating more space for joy, playfulness, and trust.

Whether you joined live or are listening now, the healing is fully present and available. Energy moves beyond time and space, so whenever you press play, your system will receive exactly what it needs.

You're welcome to return to this recording as often as you feel called. Each revisit will meet you where you are, offering deeper layers of healing, release, and integration for your inner child.

⚘ Rest when needed—fatigue or vivid dreams are normal

⚘ Journal anything that surfaces

⚘ Ground yourself with a salt bath, time in nature, or bare feet on the earth

⚘ Movement – Gentle stretching or dancing to anchor the shift

⚘ Kindness – Emotions may rise. Let them move without judgment.
