With supportive guidance and spaciousness to soften, this healing invites you to ease the grip of your inner critic and remember that you're doing enough, being enough, exactly as you are. Perfect if you're exhausted from self-judgment, carrying the weight of not measuring up, or simply ready to treat yourself with more gentleness. This month's Celestial Field Energetics, Collective Transmission is devoted to one thing: softening the weight of self-judgment.

You'll be held in a compassionate field of energy, gently releasing the guilt, shame, and relentless inner criticism that keeps you feeling like you're never doing enough. After a short guided grounding at the beginning, you'll simply lie back and receive.

These frequencies are not about fixing you. They are about remembering, that you're already whole, already enough, already doing more than you give yourself credit for. This session supports you in releasing the "should haves," the comparisons, the impossible standards you hold yourself to.

It's ideal if you're exhausted from your inner critic, carrying guilt about not getting enough done, feeling shame about needing rest, or simply ready to be kinder to yourself.

Whether you attend live or listen to the recording later, you'll be held in a field of deep compassion and release. You can even fall asleep during the session, your system will still receive exactly what it needs.

During the evening by briefly sending this energy out to anyone who is open to receiving it.

While these sessions are designed for everyone, as someone who's neurodivergent myself, I understand how much harder we can be on ourselves, the unique weight of guilt that comes with needing rest, taking longer, doing things differently. This healing holds space for that too, and supports you in releasing what was never yours to carry

Whether or not you identify as neurodivergent, this space is created with sensitivity, spaciousness, and deep compassion in mind. As someone who's neurodivergent myself, I understand how much harder we can be on ourselves, and this session is designed to hold that, too.

How to Prepare:

◈ Find a quiet, cozy space (many choose bed for this late session)
◈ Sit or lie down comfortably
◈ Set an intention if you feel called (e.g., “I am open to receiving what’s for my highest good”)
◈ Bring water, a blanket, or anything that helps you relax
◈ It’s recommended to keep your camera off, so you can relax completely
