Business Journal Prompts

How to Use These Prompts:

These questions are designed to help you connect with the energy of your business/work.

You don't need to answer all of them. In fact, trying to do so might overwhelm you and disconnect you from your intuition.

Instead:

  • Scan the list and notice which questions call to you

  • Trust your gut, the right questions will feel magnetic or slightly uncomfortable (in a good way)

  • Use them for journaling, meditation, or quiet reflection

  • Revisit this list whenever you need clarity or support

There's no rush. These questions will be here whenever you're ready.

The 5 Weekly Questions (For Ongoing Clarity)

These are the questions I ask my business every week. You can use them as a regular practice to stay aligned and clear.

  1. What do you need most from me right now?

  2. What's the easiest, most aligned action I can take this week?

  3. What am I holding onto that's no longer serving you?

  4. What are you ready to receive?

  5. What do you want me to know?

Reflecting

Use these questions to acknowledge what happened this year, the wins, the struggles, the lessons.

A Final Question (For Any Time):

If I could ask my business one question right now, what would it be?

(Then ask it. And listen.)

Whenever you come back, choose 1-3 questions from this list that feel most alive or relevant in that moment.

The answers will shift and evolve as you do.
