Each integration week includes optional journal prompts to help you notice what's moving, and a pre-recorded integration session to support the process if you want something to drop into. You can use all of it, some of it, or simply let the field do its work. Either way, the week is held.

Why I Built This
When I began applying this energetic work consistently to my own business, something shifted that I hadn't expected. It wasn't dramatic at first — more like the gradual lifting of something I'd gotten so used to carrying that I'd stopped noticing the weight.
The undercharging stopped. Something in my field around receiving had shifted and the right clients started saying yes, easily, without the back and forth that used to exhaust me. Decisions that had taken weeks became clear and oddly obvious. I stopped chasing visibility and started showing up with a groundedness I hadn't felt in years.
Things started to simplify too. I reduced my offers, cleared the message across my website, started working less but achieving more. Fewer hours, less noise, more of the right things actually getting done, because I had clarity about what mattered and I wasn't throwing everything at the wall hoping something would stick.
The most honest thing I can tell you is that the results weren't just internal. They showed up in my bottom line, in my energy at the end of a working day, in the quality of the clients I was attracting. The clarity and flow were cumulative, they built on themselves month after month.
And I see this same evolution in the entrepreneurs I work with. Different timelines, different areas of their business, but a recognisable pattern. A gradual clearing that creates space for things to move that have been stuck for a long time.
