Angelic Cocoon Healing — Held: Monday, 8/9 2025

Thank you so much for joining me for this Celestial Field Group Healing: Angelic Cocoon Healing.

The guiding frequency of this session was one of restoration, release, and light-filled integration. Participants were held within an Angelic Cocoon, surrounded by a temple of etheric trees amplifying the healing field.

All the major angels came forward, and wherever you were sitting or lying became transformed into a crystal healing bed or chair. Throughout the session, the angels worked gently but powerfully to lift burdens from your system.

Towards the end, you were invited to let go of what you’ve been carrying, whether your own or other people’s energy. The angels gathered these burdens into bags, ready for release. Then Merlin and his dragon appeared, burning the baggage in sacred fire, transmuting it back into pure love and light.

We also practised the Golden Sun Technique, a tool you can return to anytime you want to call your energy back and restore wholeness. You can revisit it daily, after sleep, or anytime you feel depleted. (See below for full written steps.)

Much heaviness was lifted from the heart space during this session, creating more space for lightness, vitality, and flow. The card we pulled was about abundance, a reminder that when our energy is replenished and integrated, it is easier to align with the frequencies that call in what we desire.

Whether you joined live or are listening now, the healing is fully present and available. Energy moves beyond time and space, so whenever you press play, your system will receive exactly what it needs.

Golden Sun Technique

  1. Come into a grounded and protected space.

  2. Visualise a radiant Golden Sun above your head.

  3. Call your energy back from all places, spaces, times, and dimensions, anywhere it may have been left behind.

    • This could include workplaces, interactions, life events, or even dreams.

    • Use your discernment: you may choose not to recall energy from certain situations (e.g., caring for a baby).

  4. Call back any soul fragments that are ready to reintegrate. Sometimes parts of ourselves remain in other lifetimes or places for safekeeping until the time is right.

  5. As your energy and fragments return, see them enter the Golden Sun. The Sun will cleanse, transmute, and transform them into present time, ensuring only what is for your highest benefit remains.

  6. The Sun grows brighter and larger as more of you returns.

  7. When you feel complete, allow the Sun to either:

    • Gently descend into your crown chakra, reintegrating fully into your body and aura, or

    • Burst softly above you, sprinkling golden light like rain into your whole being.

  8. Rest here, feeling your energy replenished and whole.

You can practise this daily, even after sleep, as our energy often travels while we dream. It’s a powerful tool to restore vitality and presence whenever you need it.

Integration Tips

Energy healing unfolds over time. You may experience shifts in thoughts, emotions, or even your physical body. Here's how to support yourself after the session:

⚘ Drink water to help the energy move

⚘ Rest when needed—fatigue or vivid dreams are normal

⚘ Journal anything that surfaces

⚘ Ground yourself with a salt bath, time in nature, or bare feet on the earth

⚘ Return to the recording as often as you feel called

⚘ Movement – Gentle stretching or dancing to anchor the shift

⚘ Kindness – Emotions may rise. Let them move without judgment.
